Nokia allows employees to work remotely 3x per week

Nokia Corp. announced on Tuesday it will allow its employees to work remotely up to three days per week after its current work from home policy expires in December.

"The pandemic forced organizations to change. Technology gave people the tools to innovate. In many cases, the results have been too good to go back to the old way of doing things," CEO Pekka Lundmark explained.

The decision is based on the results from an employee survey which has shown that the majority of workers would like to work between two and three days per week remotely. Nokia has around 92,000 employees across 130 countries worldwide, according to last year's data.
