Report: Deutsche Bank cuts ties with Trump

United States President Donald Trump's primary lender for the past two decades, Deutsche Bank, has cut ties with the outgoing leader and his Trump Organization, the New York Times reported on Tuesday citing a source familiar with the plans.

Deutsche Bank has about $340 million in loans outstanding to the Trump Organization, however, the lender decided to stop doing business with the president over his role in the Capitol riots last week.

Amid the fallout from last week's unrest in Washington, DC, several companies have distanced themselves from Trump, including the 2022 PGA Championship in golf, which will not be played at the Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in New Jersey.
