Nestle S.A. will start selling Starbucks Corporation brand coffee products globally, the company said in a press release on Wednesday. Among the 24 products that are offered are first-ever Starbucks capsules developed specially for Nestle's coffeemakers Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto.

The announcement comes six months after the two companies agreed on a $7.15 billion deal to grant Nestle the right to market Starbucks products outside of the United States coffeemaker's shops.

"Today’s announcement further extends the global reach of Starbucks brand as we expand into new channels as part of a global coffee alliance with Nestle," Starbucks group president John Culver stated, while Nestle's executive VP Patrice Bula claimed that with the inclusion of the American brand, the company "now has the best coffee portfolio to delight consumers around the world."
