US stocks higher premarket ahead of data

Shares on the major United States benchmarks traded higher in the premarket on Friday, extending the prior day's rally and recovering some of the losses from earlier in the week.

The investors will monitor the impact that the coming data regarding industrial production, retail sales, and consumer sentiment in the country could have on the markets.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average went up by 0.36% or 123 points at 4:17 am ET, while the Nasdaq 100 rose 0.71% at the same time. The S&P 500 concurrently gained 0.51%. The euro jumped 0.34% versus the dollar, selling for 1.21218 at 4:18 am ET.
