Nothing 'stable' about US foreign policies - Putin

There is "nothing stable" about a range of US foreign policies, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin, who cited Washington's exit from the INF Treaty and helping organize a "coup" in Ukraine as evidence for his statement.

Speaking to reporters in Geneva following his summit with US President Joe Biden, Putin denied that Russia can be described as "unstable" in its policies. "What is stable in supporting a coup in Ukraine?" Putin asked.

However, the Russian president conceded that Washington and Moscow can reach an "agreement on almost everything," although he blamed deteriorating relations between the two countries on the US.
