US mostly muted premarket following tumultuous session

Equities on Wall Street traded mostly flat in the premarket session on Friday, as investors are still rattled by the latest projections from Federal Reserve members on interest rate hikes that led to yesterday's highs and lows on the market.

Meanwhile, the United States Senate proposed a 25% tax credit on investments in the semiconductor industry, as Adobe Inc. reported a 23% increase in its quarterly revenue.

The Dow Jones and the S&P 500 traded flat at 4:25 am ET. Meanwhile, the Nasdaq 100 was up by 0.19% a minute later. The euro gained 0.12% on the dollar trading for $1.19224 at 4:27 am ET.
