takes a stake of 10% in IFX Group Plc.

On February 6, 2004, Compagnie Financière Tradition has taken a 10%
stake in IFX Group Plc., a UK company listed on the London Stock
Exchange and specialised in intermediation solutions and on line
trading platforms for a range of financial products, such as
spread-betting, contract for differences, foreign exchange, precious
and base metals.
