US markets end higher after OPEC+ cuts | ![]() |

Major stock market indexes in the United States ended higher on Tuesday as optimism was seen in the markets following the OPEC+ deal on output cuts which involves a 1 million barrel per day reduction in production by Saudi Arabia. Additionally, manufacturing data from the US contributed to the positive sentiment. The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.55% in the green. with Boeing gaining 4.40%. The Nasdaq 100 finished 0.85% higher, led by Pinduoduo's jump of 12.24%. The S&P 500 was 0.71% up at the end of the day as Occidental Petroleum Corp jumped 10.09%. The euro traded flat against the dollar, going for 1.22928 at 4:01 pm ET. |
