Stock market almost as it was before 'plague' - Trump

Tuesday, 14. July 2020 23:57

United States President Donald Trump told the press on Tuesday the US stock market is almost at the same point where it stood before the "plague" hit the nation, referring to the coronavirus outbreak.

He attributed the equities on Wall Street rising to people "feeling good" about a possible COVID-19 vaccine, as many companies have announced their trials were "successful and safe."

"Big day on the stock market," Trump said, claiming the economy is "coming back strong."
