Wall Street higher in premarket trade

Shares on Wall Street were higher on Friday amid the expectations that the United States and China will finally resolve their trade dispute. Investors are also waiting for retail sales and industrial production results that will be announced later in the day.

Yesterday, China's customs said it would lift restrictions on the import of poultry meat from the US, effective immediately.

The Dow Jones rose 0.27% at 4:30 am ET, while the S&P 500 grew by 0.33%. The Nasdaq 100 went up 0.38% at the same time. The euro stood flat against the dollar, buying 1.10152 at 4:31 am ET.
