Tech giant Apple Inc. will release a slew of new hardware in September including "Pro" iPhones, media reported on Thursday citing sources familiar with the matter.

According to the sources, the Cupertino-based company is planning to announce three new iPhones at an event next month and start selling them shortly after. It will also unveil new versions of the iPad Pro with upgraded cameras and faster chips, an iPad with a larger screen, new versions of its Watch as well as the first revamp to its MacBook Pro laptop in three years, the sources added. They further told Bloomberg that Apple will showcase updates to key audio accessories including its AirPod earphones and HomePod speaker.

All of the new models are expected to include a new multi-angle Face ID sensor, which will allow users to unlock their devices from various angles. Apple is also reportedly bringing faster processors to each of the three new iPhones, which may be used to power improved computer vision and augmented reality capabilities. A company spokeswoman declined to comment on the reports.
