The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped just over 400 points on Monday, the last trading day of the month of November which saw stocks surge to new all-time highs.

At 10:47, the Dow fell 401 points in New York City after rising over 11% this November. The blue-chip index hit 30,000 points for the first time ever this month, buoyed by optimism surrounding a vaccine for the coronavirus and its impact on economic recovery.

Salesforce was the weakest performer on the Dow, falling over 3.50%. The company's shares have been on the decline following reports it's interested in buying Slack.
