Announcement according to SIX adhoc publication article 53 KR

Baar (pta002/27.11.2020/01:00) - New Value's equity value, equivalent to the Net Asset Value (NAV), amounted to CHF 0.12 million as per 30.09.2020 (CHF 0.23 million as per 31.03.2020). The NAV per share declined from CHF 0.07 at the beginning of the period to CHF 0.04. New Value AG reports thus a total loss of CHF 0.11 million for the first six months of 2020/21, compared to a loss of CHF 2.53 million in the same period of the previous year. The loss per share amounts to CHF 0.03.

Financial investors granted New Value AG loans to secure liquidity for the current financial year.
