Europe higher premarket amid earnings

Major stock markets in Europe traded slightly above the flatline premarket with the focus on corporate earnings being released today. Ryanair DAC reported its quarterly revenue tumbled 95% year-over-year to €125.2 million due to the coronavirus, while SAP SE's grew 2% in the same three month period to €6.7 billion.

The FTSE 100 increased 0.11% at 7:30 am CET, while the DAX gained 0.16%. The CAC 40 advanced just 0.08%.

The euro jumped 0.36% against the greenback at 7:31 am CET to change hands for 1.16982, while the pound rose 0.28% to sell for 1.28297 dollars.
