Iraq won't request OPEC+ deal exemption - report

Iraqi Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar stated that his country is not planning to ask the OPEC for exemption from the oil output cut deal, the al-Sabah state said in its report published on Sunday.

Furthermore, Jabbar said that crude prices are expected to reach around $50 per barrel at the start of the next year. January futures for both WTI and Brent gained momentum in November, rising to over $45 and $48, respectively.

Meanwhile, the OPEC is set to hold the 180th conference meeting on Sunday, November 30.
