The merger of mobilcom AG and freenet.de AG into telunico holding AG
has been completed and has become effective with the entry of
telunico holding AG in the Commercial Register. As a consequence, the
two companies mobilcom AG and freenet.de AG have ceased to exist, and
the trading of the stock of the defunct company has been suspended.
The shareholders of the two companies have become shareholders,
effective immediately, of the new group controlling company telunico
holding AG. Moreover, telunico holding AG has been renamed as freenet
AG. The freenet AG (formerly telunico holding AG) stock will
presumably be available for trading in official trade on the
Frankfurt stock exchange (Prime Standard) under ISIN DE000A0EAMM0 as
of Monday, 5 March 2007.
