Ad hoc: Dieter Vogel Resigns as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

After nearly nine years on the mobilcom AG Supervisory Board, four of
them as its chairman, Prof. Dr. Dieter H. Vogel is resigning from his
position. At the same time, Dieter Vogel is also stepping down as
Supervisory Board Chairman of telunico holding AG (to be known in
future as Freenet AG), the company resulting from the
mobilcom-freenet.de merger.

Dieter Vogel has advised the members of the executive and supervisory
boards that he feels the upcoming incorporation of the
mobilcom-freenet.de merger is a good point in time for ending his
work in the mobilcom group.

Dieter Vogel's successor will be elected by the Supervisory Board
shortly.
