Hugin Ad hoc announcement according to § 15 WpHG: Merger: mobilcom AG: All clear for merger between mobilcom and freenet

Today, the district court of Kiel has recommended a partial
settlement to the company an the remaining plaintiff out of 24
plaintiffs in total. After the company has agreed on the settlement
the last plaintiff agreed just now. The settlement is subject to
final logging by the Kiel court which is scheduled for forenoon
tomorrow.
This clears the way for the merger of mobilcom and freenet, which now
are pursuing recording thereof in the Commercial Register.
Simultaneously, steps are being taken for the listing of the new
shares. The approval process for exchange listing of the new shares
will delay official completion of the merger until at least end
February.
