Amazon.com Inc. does not have to resume hosting social media platform Parler, a United States federal judge ruled on Thursday.

Parler was kicked off from the tech giant's servers on January 9 due to the platform's inability "to effectively identify and remove content that encourages or incites violence against others."

Parler sued Amazon, claiming the company broke anti-trust laws by removing it.
