Asia mixed despite positive data

Major Asian stock markets traded mixed on Monday even though the data from China was positive. Retail sales of consumer goods for September in China advanced by 3.3%, and the country's industrial production advanced 6.9% in May year-on-year/

The Nikkei 225 went up by 1.19% at 7:30 am CET, while Hang Seng inclined 0.61% concurrently. The Kospi in Seoul gained 0.57% a minute later, while the Shanghai Composite and the Shenzhen Composite fell 0.29% and 0.69% at the same time, respectively. The S&P/ASX 200 in Australia added 0.85% at 7:32 am CET.

The dollar stood flat against the yen at 7:35 am CET, going for 105.4700.
