Europe green premarket ahead of PMI data

Shares on the European markets traded higher in the premarket on Friday, ahead of the PMI data reports which will be published later today. The European Central Bank launched its first strategic review of monetary policy strategy since 2003, while it previously decided to keep the interest rates in the Eurozone unchanged.

The FTSE 100 was 0.61% up at 8:09 am CET, while the DAX gained 0.74% at the same time. The CAC 40 increased by 0.65% at 8:10 am CET.

The pound traded 0.07% higher compared to the dollar, changing hands at 1.31288 at 8:11 am CET. On the other hand, the euro was 0.08% down against the greenback, going at 1.10477 at the same time.
