Wall Street stocks rise premarket amid Brexit delay

Wall Street stocks traded in the green premarket on Monday as Brexit remains in focus. British lawmakers adopted the Letwin amendment on Saturday, which forced Prime Minister Boris Johnson to ask for another Brexit delay. Meanwhile, the United States reportedly pulled out troops from its largest base in Syria amid the ceasefire between Turkey and Kurdish-led forces.

SAP said on Monday its revenue in the third quarter stood at €6.79 billion, increasing 13% from the same period last year. The Halliburton Co. is expected to publish its earnings later today.

Japan announced weak export data that dropped over 5% year-on-year while China's economy continued its slowdown, according to data released earlier.

The Dow Jones gained 0.28% or around 70 index points at 4:36 am ET while the Nasdaq 100 jumped 0.35% at the same time. The S&P 500 advanced 0.34%. The euro was virtually flat against the dollar, trading for 1.11758 at 4:36 am ET.
