Wall Street mostly flat in premarket trade

Wall Street stocks were mostly flat on Friday during the premarket trade, after weak Chinese data pressed on the sentiment of the investors.

German chancellor Angela Merkel told EU leaders on Friday that Brexit extension will be "unavoidable" if MPs choose to reject the deal Prime Minister Boris Johnson settled.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 stood flat with no change at 6:39 am ET. at 6:39 am ET while Nasdaq fell a little bit more by 0.09%.

Euro rose against the US dollar by 0.07% to 1.11312 at 6:41 am ET while sterling remained flat on 1.28939 against the greenback.
