Dow slips slightly premarket ahead of US-China talks

The Wall Street equities fell on Thursday premarket as trade relations between the United States and China remained tense. The Chinese delegation, led by Vice Premier Liu He, whisch arrives to the States later today will reportedly cut its visit short amid the US hasn't show sincerity and willingness to revoke tariffs. US Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross accused the world's most populous country of worsening its trade practices by dumping and overcapacity while the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo criticized mistreating Muslim minorities in China.

US inflation and jobless claims data will be released later before the bell.

The Dow Jones fell 0.09% or 23 index points at 4:54 am ET. The Nasdaq 100 and S&P 500 decreased 0.08% and 0.03% respectively at the same time.

The euro rose against the dollar 0.40% at 4:54 am ET changing hands for 1.10158.
