Google said on Friday it doesn't plan to file a motion to dismiss the United States Department of Justice's (DoJ) lawsuit against the company.

However, the tech giant noted it intends to fight the suit in federal court.

In October, the DoJ sued Google over its alleged violation of antitrust laws, claiming it broke the Sherman Act, maintaining monopolies in "general search services, search advertising, and general search text advertising" through "anticompetitive and exclusionary practices." Google called the lawsuit "deeply flawed" and will not help customers.
