Turkish Airlines chairman Ilker Ayci stated on Wednesday that the company could postpone the delivery of some Boeing and Airbus planes.

The carrier halted almost all flights due to the coronavirus outbreak and now said it will begin with few domestic flights on June 4 and some international flights starting from June 10.

Ayci told Turkey’s Hurriyet newspaper that Turkish Airlines got half of its order for 25 Boeing 787-9 planes and that the delivery of the rest could be delayed as well as the rest of the Airbus 350-900s.
