Emirates orders 50 Airbus jets in $16B agreement | ![]() |

The Emirates Group revealed on Monday that it will improve its airline's fleet by ordering a total of 50 Airbus SE's A350 jets in a deal worth $16 billion. The announcement was made at the Dubai Air Show. The deliveries will start in 2023, according to the deal. CEO of Airbus, Guillaume Faury, wrote on Twitter: "Honoured by@emirates' vote of confidence in the #A350. That’s a new milestone in our long-standing partnership and I can't wait to see the A350 flying in Emirates' colours! #DAS19." |
