Imtech: 40 million euro in orders for technology at Frankfurt and Berlin-Tegel airports

Gouda, The Netherlands, 6 February 2007 - Imtech (technical services
provider in Europe) announces that it has received orders worth about
40 million euro for the technical infrastructure in the expansion of
both the Berlin-Tegel and the Frankfurt Rhein-Main airports in
Germany.

Imtech is a strong player in Germany with regard to multidisciplinary
technical services provision in both industry and buildings markets.
Imtech's involvement in terms of buildings is amongst others focused
on equipping the airports with high-tech technological solutions. For
example, it recently supplied the full technological infrastructure
in the expansion of the airports in Munich, Düsseldorf and Hamburg.

Imtech is currently hard at work providing the Berlin-Tegel airport
with high-tech technological solutions. Although this airport is
likely to be replaced in 2011 and might even be shut down altogether,
the Berliner Flughafengesellschaft (BFG) has nonetheless decided -
due to a dramatic increase in passenger numbers - to expand the
airport with a new passenger terminal. Airline company Air Berlin
will start using this terminal as early as April 2007. Imtech is
responsible for all technological solutions: an energy-efficient and
comfortable climate, all electrical engineering solutions, the
information screens displaying arrival and departure times, as well
as all security solutions (including the X-ray technology used for
scanning passengers and luggage) that meet the high standards of the
Berliner Großflughafens BBI.

Imtech has also received an order from Fraport AG for the realisation
of the technology in a new terminal at the Frankfurt Rhein-Main
airport, Europe's largest airport with passenger numbers exceeding 52
million a year. The new terminal is needed in order to ensure smooth
logistical operations concerning the passengers flying with the
recently-introduced Airbus A-380. This largest-ever passenger
aircraft (850 passengers) needs special facilities. Imtech is
providing the total technological solutions, which include building
automation, energy saving, heating, ventilation, air conditioning,
the complete power supply and innovative fire protection and other
safety systems. The terminal is scheduled for opening in mid-2008.
